The role offers a clear path for growth and development, with the opportunity to contribute and work on a variety of complex and challenging technical assignments, working collaboratively as part of a wider team of experts across the firm.

The Role
What you will do
The main duties of the role as the Personal Tax Manager include:- Leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients.
- Day to day management of client relationships and providing ad hoc advice to clients where connected to compliance services.
- Delivery of personal tax advisory assignments as a member of our multi-disciplinary advisory groups.
- Proactive identification of opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters.
- As part of the tax management team, collectively lead compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Play a key role in driving, creating and maintaining a positive team culture.

- Whilst a relevant qualification is desirable, this may be ATT, CTA or CA, it is not essential if you have relevant experience.
