Accounts and Business Advisory Manager

The Role

What you will do:

The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:

Day to day management of client relationships andprovidingad hoc advice to clients to support them in their financial journey.
Oversee and manage a client portfolio, including review of statutory financial statementsand management accounts.
Interpretfinancial statements and summarisekey insights and impact for clients.
Coaching and developing of team members.
As part of the management team, you will collectively lead department operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Leadinitiatives within department to support firm goals, aligned to our strategic pillars.
Proactive identification of opportunities to deliveradditionalvalue to clients.

Ensure high technical standards in client work and internal processes through review andprovidingclear guidance on complex matters.

We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. We work fully dynamically, meaning that our team are trusted to work where suits the situation best. There’s no mandatory time in the office, but you will need to come in regularly for meetings and events.
